1. Who is responsible

This website, jadeonyoga.com, is run by: Giada Fallo, [STREET, POSTCODE, ZÜRICH, SWITZERLAND]
Email: [YOUR EMAIL]

I am responsible for how your personal data is handled on this site. I take your privacy seriously and collect only what I need.

2. What I collect and why

Research form and conversations

When you fill in my research form or book a call, I collect your answers and, if you choose to give them, your name and email. I use them only to understand what supports mothers in Zürich and to shape my future work. Results are used and shared without names. The form can be completed without leaving your email, and I will only contact you if you’ve asked me to. Please don’t share medical details about yourself or others. If you do, I’ll treat them with care and delete them on request.

Free guide and updates

If you ask for the free guide or for updates about my programs, I use your email to send them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Booking a call

Your name, email and chosen time are used to arrange our conversation.

Yoga classes and shop

When you buy a class or product, I process your name, email, billing details and order information to complete the order and meet legal accounting obligations. Payments are handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER(S)]. I don’t see or store your card details.

Website visits

Like most sites, this one collects technical data (such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you view) through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Messages

If you email or message me, I use your details to reply.

3. Who receives your data

I share data only with the services I need to run the site and my work:

  • Website hosting: [HOSTING PROVIDER]
  • Google (Forms, Analytics, Tag Manager)
  • Booking tool: [BOOKING TOOL]
  • Email tool: [EMAIL TOOL]
  • Payment providers: [AS ABOVE]
  • Accounting or fiduciary services, where legally required

These providers process data on my behalf or under their own privacy terms. I never sell your data.

4. Where your data goes

Your data may be processed in Switzerland, the EU/EEA and the United States, depending on the provider. For countries without an equivalent level of protection, I rely on safeguards such as the providers’ certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long I keep it

  • Research answers: up to [24 MONTHS], or until you ask me to delete them.
  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
  • Orders and invoices: as long as the law requires, which for Swiss accounting is generally 10 years.
  • Website analytics: [RETENTION PERIOD].

6. Cookies

This site uses cookies for essential functions (such as the shop cart) and, with your consent where required, for analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through [COOKIE SETTINGS LINK], or through your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You can ask me at any time to:

  • tell you what data I hold about you,
  • correct it or delete it,
  • restrict or object to its use, or
  • give you a copy in a common format.

Email me at [YOUR EMAIL] and I’ll respond within [30] days. If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, if you are in the EU, your local data protection authority.

8. Visitors from the EU

If you are in the EU/EEA, I process your data on the basis of your consent (research form, newsletter), to fulfil a contract (orders, bookings) and my legitimate interest in running a secure and useful website.

9. Children

This website and my research are intended for adults. I don’t knowingly collect data from children.

10. Security

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and I only share it with providers who do the same.

11. Changes

I may update this policy as my work grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
