Yoga for the Ones Who Never Stop

If you’re anything like me, you’ve spent a lot of time moving. Maybe it’s your mind that never slows down. Maybe it’s your body, always restless, always chasing the next thing.

However, that was me, too—until yoga showed me a different way.

Since 2017, this practice has been my anchor. It has taught me patience when I wanted progress, rest when I wanted results, softness when I only knew strength. Moreover, it led me to train in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and advanced Vinyasa in India—not to “perfect” yoga, but to understand its depth, its wisdom, its ability to meet us exactly where we are.

I teach for those who, like me, sometimes forget to pause. For the ones who need movement, but also need stillness. For anyone searching for balance in a world that never seems to slow down.
